One-on-One Coaching

 

KAMYLIN Worldwide provides a six session package that will build at least one leadership skill of the participant. Clients may choose to purchase sessions as a complete package or purchase sessions one at a time. If you are interested, please contact us for details and pricing. We provide the initial session and consultation free of charge, so don't hesitate to meet with us! There's nothing to lose. At the very least, you will leave with a free, hour-long engaging conversation.

 

We offer coaching on a wide variety of topics for parents, students, athletes, professionals, executives, teams, and more. There is a coaching topic for everyone, and if you are interested in a topic not listed here, just ask us.

 

If a family member, friend, someone on your team, or someone in your workplace is interested in developing skills in a particular area, we would be glad to help them reach their potential.

 

 

 
One-On-One Coaching (Six Sessions)
Coaching Package Summary

This six session package will build at least one leadership skill of the participant. Clients may choose to purchase sessions as a complete package or purchase sessions one at a time. Each session is one hour. See the Skill Focus list for details regarding the various one-on-one coaching topics that are available.

Step 1: Self-Awareness

In the first session, we will complete a needs assessment in order to identify which skills to target. In the second session, you will receive a customized personality assessment report. We will identify your personal strengths and limitations and discuss how you can use them in the future.

In session three, we will create a customized Leadership Development Plan and establish measurable goals for one or two specific skills that you need to improve. During sessions four and five, you will participate in a customized lesson that is tailored to your specific needs.
